Anyone following this?

Was superbly impressed with cigar-chomping Jimenz eagle on the par 5 yesterday.
Shot a well executed 3 wood for 2 on then eagle putt!
That was truly the shot of the day for me!!!

And just saw him drop a clutch birdie putt on the 18th to maintain his lead.

He is hot! Swing

i am, jimenez sure can hit fairway woods. His plane is the flattest I have seen

Love watching the pros at European tour. Nice swings (to look at). Smoother tempo, classic, seems to be more compact, less violence (ala Tiger, Fowler, JB Holmes, Johnson). My favorites are Oosthuizen, Schwartzel, Raphael Jacquelin, Chris Wood, Rhys Davies and Jimenez.

Only down side to the Euro tour is the commentary........damn slow and boring....sure to put you to sleep.

Anyway, hope that Jimenez can hold up and win the Masters tmr!

Dem steady, this Mechanic! The older he gets, the more gaya...

Great that Manassero getting his European Tour card and Noh had a good outing. E. Molinari will definitely be a factor in the Ryder Cup.

Yea boy, after Molinari eagled the par 5 to close Jimenez's lead to 2 shots only, it was pressure cooker on to the max from there. But the old geezer did not buckle down.

He kept his cool, par the par 3 as Molinari crumbled with a bogey at that same hole.
The last hole was then a walk in the park.

Right on Jimenez!!!! Very Happy
