- Golfjoy, if you carry on like this, you won't be playing golf for much longer I can tell you. You are too intense in your practise. Practising when you are injured is a very very bad idea.
Pain is your body's way of telling you something is wrong and you need to stop.
I am not mincing my words and telling it to you straight, you carry on like this, you are going to injure yourself permanently, if you haven't already done so. Then no more golf for you!
Better go see a doctor for that pain in your back and hope it's a muscle and not a spine issue. Rest and recuperate if you want to play this game for life. Uncle Birdman, I hear you. I am taking this seriously. Thanks for the concern.

try to give golf and urself a break...it is important that you recover from the injury before u start hitting balls again...so be a good girl and listen to your therapist
sometime u might wonder why you cant hit ball well, and it could be because of your injured back...u never know..let it rest and you could play better..sometime the body just need a rest.
when u recover, then jio u for a game in batam...keke snowman, u very eager to go batam horr? got girlfriend there is it? Oops!! kekeke OK .. sure ... remember our 'date' is October mah.

- Actually thinking back to my days of starting golf, it is good if there is someone already quite provision in the rules of the game to follow you guys out in the green. So that at least he/she can help you with the unspoken rules of golf, so that you do have a good habit.
What that frustrates season golfers is not the skill of the golfers, but its little things like (esp for me)
1) Buggy on track, you take a club go to the ball, then access the situation, need another club, walk back to the buggy and take another club. While the line if forming at the back.
2) Two per buggy, 1 player need to find ball, the other ball is in the fairway, the ball in the fairway park the buggy and wait for the player to find the ball. And if you cannot find the ball in 1-2 mins please drop and carry on.
3) chit chatting on the green, keep trying to chip the ball onto green, but keep hitting it thin. If you are triple par liao, take the ball and go to the next hole.
4) Do not allow fast players at the back to play through.
Bomb, I agree with you 150%! I just played 2 games on the course and this is the key thing which I picked up as well. Ppl can be patient if you are new and need more strokes but no one is going to be happy if you dily daly. My standard practice is almost 3 clubs once off the buggy, 1 for fairway, 1 normal iron and 1 wedge, in case i immediately screw up and send the ball to the bunker.
