| no use talking about stats after just a single day, a tournament is won when u play better than the whole field over 4 days.
Tiger has done well on some days and just totally imploded the next day, let's just hope he has better mental focus to keep himself right up there this tournament

| Well done tiger but what a difference a coach can do to help a player... motivating the player, spot watching and so on... but tiger also has to be talented to perform whats being taught. Definately the best round we have seen him for a while althought i prefer phil mickelson(72) leading... | |

| I dun think its the coach.... more of less its mental cos finally, the ordeal is over between him and elin. So now he can officially 19th hole like before already. THere must be always some kind of motivation to spur on a sportman cos money may not be a driving force anymore especially for someone like tiger. | |

| Tee Dub is -1 for the day after 4 holes. 1 shot lead at -7 so far.
Philly Mick shot 3 over 74 to stand at +4 for the tournament.

| They only show 1 hole and see everyone coming up.
TGC US is showing the US Amateur now which is played on Chambers Bay. That place is now set up so differently from 3 weeks ago when I played there.
