| Oh tats a chipper ah.. my friend has it.. Initially I tot why the hell he brings 2 putter..
He like to putt outside the green.. then realise he is using 2 different putter to do that.. moving closer, I saw that putter with loft..
Never tried how it feels to play with that.

| but remember when the hybrid juz came out, most pro's din use it too.....
ditto for those better cavity irons... b4 tht i think majority oso use blade nia.. but technology improvement, etc... now lots of them use semi cavity too....
if these chipper can assist some of them i nwinning majors... i believe sooner or later they will still adopt it...

| Can use a hybrid club to chip.
About the same loft as a chipper and the big head inspires confidence.
Just grip down and chip.

| use any other irons ( whichever club u are comfy with), grip it down, and play it like a 'putting' stroke.
i normally use either a 8 or a 5...depends on how much i wan the ball to run.

| get an old 8 iron and add those lead weight behind the head (trying to find those lead weight for car wheel balancing...saw it once but cannot find it since....), re-grip to oversized grip, maybe cut down the shaft = almost same effect without the embarrassment. | |

yes but no good players would carry them. you lose a club. but if you cannot fill up your 14 clubs, i guess that should be an easy addition. By the way, Tiger sometimes chip with 3W

By the way, Tiger sometimes chip with 3W Thats okay. I usually carry 16 to 17 clubs anyway.... Joking of course... Just the novelty of it is what is attracting me. Looks really easy to use and if i can save a stroke why not man... now, where can I get one from??? Hrmmmm

| i feel it really depends on each individual, even the pro's...
remb phil M even carry 2 drivers b4.....
i think if u feel this particular club can really help u in the game and even use it many times in a game, y not?
y put in other clubs where u hardly use? (i believe some of us have clubs that we seldom or not use more then once in a game) come to think of it, why dun u put in clubs that u will use...?
