With a 4 shot lead, going into the final round will Yani Tseng win the British Open and towards a career Slam?

Congrats to Yani.
One more major (US Women's Open, next year?) to complete her career Slam.

I saw her cry after losing a 6 stroke lead to Katherine Hull going into the final turn at the 2008 Canadian Women's Open.
This time there is no meltdown. 'Feng Shui' must be good since she bought Annika's Florida's House.
She realized that she doesn't need to 'overpowered' her shots, i.e. an optimal & judicious selection of shots is sometimes required. She has a good 'mentor' in Annika.

HOW many times have we said it or faced it.

The infamous "6 footer".

Get your putting in the groove and the world is yours. Driving and chipping are needed but the money is on the putter. Anyone disagree???

Cheers, KT

AGree. I am of the view that the ultimate litmus test comes to putting. If someone putts well, pretty sure that the rest of the game are also as such.

Having said that, there is always the debate about the fact that if you don drive well, one will not reach the green in time.

Thats why I am so confuse

I was watching the game on telly....and must say, one of the better interesting major among the many so far.

My takeaway, playing links is definitely extremely testing and need repertoire of shots.

OK...wed is waiting for me....
