r u excited abt OCBC Golf Series or the other promotions?

Actually I am attracted to the OCBC golf series because I had neber played in tourney before....but not sure about my eligibility leh.....eg min HCP < 10 or something?

But fm this, I think OCBC gives pretty good golfing benefits as compared to others. Let's not get to chitty chitty bank.....that one si pek chiak lak...like Got say like no say

no minimum handicap. in fact, they play System 36 Stableford so everyone will hv a chance to win irregardless of ur official handicap.

system 36 use your day score (18 holes) to calculate your course/day handicap.

just play par-bogey game and 1-2 birdies and u shd hv a chance. tats how i won twice.

i understand from my colleague that you just need to spend around$600 per month, earns you to play the golf games at a special rate, and they normally play at some top end courses in SG, like TMCC, SICC, and even Sentosa... something like $90, plus goodie bags...value for $$$

also, think they do it as a monthly affair...

to qualify to register for Aug OCBC Golf Series at Tanah Merah, u need to spend min S$800 in july uisng OCBC titanium n Platinium cards.

Call in at early Aug to register n they will inform u in 3rd week Aug if u r selected to play.

1st timers get priority.

Not sure what criteria they use to select who gets to play if there r more golfers than places.

in 2010, they hv 4 legs, March - Sentosa, May - Laguna, Aug - TMCC and last leg at SICC.

No big deal on goodie bags n lucky draw prizes but 1st price comes with a S$5k CTC Travel Voucher including trophy n hampers.


Except for serapong where we paid S$188, Laguna n TMCC is S$128 with dinner.
