@ Technospaz - Can confirm if you are taking the UV Yellow or Pinky Gel? My list shows you as Pinky Gel, somehow your name just to UV Yellow
@ Duval S - Bro, unless TS doesn't want to test the Pinky Gel then you will have a slot, Only have 9 golf balls per category

I will leave the remaining Golf Balls at BFG or if you want to me meet tomorrow evening to collect the golf balls also can

Great, I'll collect from BGF ...

I had the opportunity to try out 2 different balls today. My quick comments are below:

Pinky Gel - Long & Straight (Game Improvement)
+ Generally straight.
+ Felt reasonably soft.
+ Color of the ball made it easy to spot on grass as well as mid-air.
- Distance-wise, I didn't feel that much difference but I will say that I played against the wind so I may lost out on distance.
- Ball scuffed easily.

Starbright Yellow - X-tra Shot Control (Shot Control)
+ Felt easier to control this ball.
+ Felt reasonably soft.
- Perhaps too much spin? On the Par 3s which I used this ball on, the ball seemed to get too much traction.
- Lost some distance (approx. 5-10m)
- Ball scuffed easily.
- Bright yellow color was unique but not necessarily easy to spot mid-air.

Benchmark
I usually play in the mid-90s and presently use NXT Extreme balls.

My thanks to Jon for sharing these new balls. Apologies for not being able to return them. One went into the pond while the other disappeared into some shrubs I did enjoy them and hope that the feedback is useful.

but urethne diff from rubber leh.....

thanks jon; i tried the bright yellow shot-control ball on 3 holes

distance - comparable with the other premium balls, shorter by perhaps 5-10m
ball flight - i cant see any difference from other balls
spin - doesn't spin as much as the pro v
softness - i like very soft balls, so this one is a tad too hard for me
durability - cover doesn't scuff easily

i took 1 ball from jon and managed to return 2 to him

That will require retractable wings for control while in the air, like turning left, right, bite, etc

To those that have tried the ball, i would like to say "THANK YOU".

To explain why i wanted the balls back, in whatever condition is because i wanted to experiment on the cover. According to the manufacturer, scuff marks can be cleaned by JIF (think our region is now called CIF).

Following pictures are of a ball scuff and after about 2 minutes of scrubbing the ball with JIF, this is the result. It is not perfect but the ball is playable again
