| Does that mean that the estates near high slope area (eg. faber) will rise? cross finger becos the last time I try to shi-shi...the water flow down to the lower terrain......so if more and more rain, then gravity still prevail | |

Anyone got any idea if toa payoh is safe??? Safe lah. If you realised TPY is on slightly higher grounds compared to the canal south of the the town centre. The range i'm not too sure already. Looks pretty low comparatively. | |
