Adams A7 and ping G15 both were really easy to hit for me. I also had Cleveland launcher which was easy to launch but dispersion wasn't as tight

Also, you may want to consider the following:

1) What is the club (5 Wood or 3 Iron etc) you are trying to replace with?
2) Hybrid Design; Iron replacement hybrid or Fairway Wood replacement hybrid.
3) If you dont have a set of irons, there are many club makers now that offer a full set of irons including the traditional irons plus hybrids (Adams A7 or Cobra S2 etc). I think they are fairly good value for money.

I'm a big fan of TM hybrid. Feels right for me. Tried Adams, Cleveland, Cobra, Mizuno, Ping but eventually reverted back to TM.
