S**T! My bloody Iphone hang from just now. Can see the apple only.

just plug back to ur computer n to on itunes restore it worked for me last time....

Hard reset it by pressing power and home button together for 10 secs. Be warned that you have to restore with iTunes.

let it be for good 5-10 min. Happenned to me before, and it will auto restart.

My iphone recently did not display the name of the caller, even they are in my contact list. Does anyone know why? It only happen these 2 days...

people... its time to switch to android phone.

Check whether the contact duplicates or not. eg. : your friend's name may have double entries, +65-9000000 and 9000000.

normall, a hard reset or factory reset on itunes is the solutions.

can't wait for iphone 4g... time to renew my contract.

Power and Home button only force a hard REBOOT, not a reset. Data and apps are not lost

ha nor. take it from the telco guy...

Press the top and home button until the iTunes and cable picture come out. Then plug into the computer and iTunes. It will reset to factory setting. Sync all the details back and it can be use. Now I have to jail break again. Must stay infront of my
MacBook at least for 2 f**king hours. Boring s**l! Damn!

I just tested the Home+Power button reset combo, and it does not wipe the device.

I'm still using 1.1.4 iphone here. I know I know, Dinosaur liao.

Hard reset dunno how many times cos it hung so many times.

All the apps are still there. iTunes no prob.
