| I hope this will be helpful. This is only an example (Not an actual game) If you want the excel format, I can send a copy. Just pm me your email. You can reference your chart to below link of the PGA players. They are very precise in statistics. http://www.pgatour.com/r/stats/ *PS. Made a mistake on the score. It should be 74.

| I spent less than 10 mins doing this. If you really want to improve your game then its vital to know what you are weak at. Obviously as shown at the above, I need to work on speed for putting and my sand saves. I will post another picture by end of this week (Play this sat with CYP) on what I actually record on my scorecard. Try to get this up sooner. | |

| Thanks for the chart. Just a question....your shot/ club selection for 2nd shot on Par 5s..is it important? Dont see it being recorded or for you..par 5 is always a similar club/ strategy? | |

It is important but I did not chart it down. Most of the time if I am unable to go for it in 2, I will lay up to a comfortable distance which is around the 110m or 70-85m mark. It is always the same strategy for me. I will only go for the green in 2 for par 5s when my reward percentage is higher than my risk. Taking into account if I hit a bad shot. (Risk/Reward percentage ratio). For eg. If a hole is surrounded by hazards (Red/yellow stakes and OB) I will lay up. If a hole has no danger, I will go for it in 2.

| Whenever I play in singapore, I could never do this... always rush rush rush....
Maybe I can do this when I'm in Indonesia, play one ball, and having caddy on my service...

I do my recordings after every shot on my score card. Quick and easy to do.

| it takes commitment to chart your game. it also depends on how detailed u want to document it. another way i find easier is to remember how many times u throw the club.. then remember why u throw the club, then go back and work on it... but if u play long enough, you can later figure out where u fault the most... personally for me, i do a count of FW hit, GIR and how many putts... I more or less know i suck in the bunkers and in my approach shots... now only to find the discipline to go to the range to sort it out... then later have the will and the mental strength to put into play what i practice at the range... i can swing easy and hit my shots dead straight in the range, but once on the course, "ok, got tail wind. let me whack it 110% to carry it higher with the wind." POW. "F***!" *throw club* | |
