| Just curious, with the unpredictable weather nowadays, how many golers actually have a rain jacket in the bag. Is it really useful ??
I am looking at the footjoy jacket but cannot decide to buy or not as it seems to be one of the least used item if in the bag. Furthermore, there is a long sleeve and short sleeve.
Any coments ?? | |

| i keep one in my bag. They do come in handy as you will never know when it is going to rain hard. If you only play in Singapore (e.g. NSRCC) you may not need it as the siren goes off before the rain hits you.
When i played in batam, they continue the play throughout the rain.
BTW, i don't like those footjoy rain coat as you have to slip it over your head. Tough enough when you are struggling to put it on when the rain hits especially when you are wearing cap, etc.

| I carry one in my bag. Though I hardly use them but it sometimes comes in handy. Its better to get the short sleeve ones. Mine is a cortex from Ashworth. If you go to some website there are so many to choose from. | |

| I used to carry one too by Tourstage. Really light and great with detachable sleeve. But it got stolen in the MBCC changing room when I just left it on top of my locker as it was too wet to keep back into the bag. It was gone when I came back from my bath. Some dishonest golfer took it. Sure was the guy with the guilty look who left quickly.
My advice is don't get too thick ones. They are just too warm for our weather even when it rain. Most of them are design for cold country.

| better to carry one in the bag....cos our tropical weather is rather moody nowadays:)
the last Adidas Sale was selling it at $29:)
U may wanna try Golf House (since sale ongoing now) or the Adidas Factory Outlet at Novena Sq (besides MPH)....
If you do not mind other brands, u can try Isetan Scotts golf segment - Perry Gear...

| Or go Beach Road and buy poncho If it's raining THAT heavily, you won't be playing anyway, so all the breathability and flexibility won't mean a thing. If it pours, my first priority would be to keep my clubs dry I can play if I'm wet but I can't play with wet grips | |
