I had already submitted my application form to my playing partner for approval to play. In the submission documents (specifically forms 32A and XY98Z), I had invited him to join us. My explanation of the type of game, number of players, quantum of wager involved etc were specified in Appendix 2Z.

That's a different submission, bro.

Typically, you'll need to do the following:

1. Complete forms LV and/or PR-ADA, depending on the duration of the game and distance from home.
2. Complete Annex V15A and check the Unlimited Expenditure box. Make sure you sign the Annex too.
3. Submit both forms and attach the Hugz-n-Kizzes pendant to the MOH bedside box.
4. Hope for the best.

For the S$36 special (not including caddy fee/tip), there are only two flights available in the morning. Unless we want to play in the afternoon where there are 3 flights left. We have two choice, one is to play in the afternoon for S$36 or we pay RM105 (not including caddy fee/tip) for morning game and we can have 3 flights. Please let me know soon so that I can make the necessary arrangement. Please note that should you choose the special rate, payment have to be made in advance. Thanks.

Hi poresia, green fee, if book direct with them is RM105. No buggy fee as its a walking course. Caddie fee plus tip = minimum RM40 and can give more if your caddy if your are happy with him. Most likely book morning game.

Tat is reasonable n still chaeper than Poresia who charge RM210 for guests.
