I experienced muscle cramps if i am still not re-hydrated.
And Beer does not helped for me.
It makes me sleepy too...haha

So I also drink Pocari, 100Plus, or Gatorade too.

My fav golf drink is when i buy two cans of milo from the shell station near second link after a Poresia or Palm Resort game

I tried that. if they don't have 100plus, I make do with Sprite or 7up.

Tall dark cold Guinness Draft for me... yuummmmzzzz...

i like guiness draft too but have to go to a pub though!
