I find wearing bermudas hotter at times. Skins exposed to the sun.

| Actually it help to reduce too much exposure to the sun esp when if you played at least once a week.
But in the States, most of my USA colleuages wore short to play golf as they find the weather really hot during summer and I would be the only odd one wearing long pants playing golf with them whenever I travel over there. So now, I pack a bermuda along.

| long sleeves and long pants for me now to keep out of the sun as much as i can.
clothings are still better protection against the sun compared to SPF1000 sun block.

| hmm....
i still prefer bermuda if play here...i keep a wet towel with me, and from time to time, it helps to keep me cool and fresh and also wipe away sand, dust and sweat...no sunblock, no long pants (unless i play in cool weather)...and i enjoy being getting a bit dark...well, that's just me...keke

| Bro, another few years down the road, you will talk differently with regret about not putting any sunblock for the face. I should know because my friend who is 10 years my junior, played golf once a week and never put any sunblock when golfing like you. Now his face is like a pond parched from drought. Its too late for him to do anything now. Well, of course the decision is all up to you. Titu | |

| For me, face put sunblock, neck put sunblock and other more exposed areas.
Alll in all, I like the look of Jib-bra.....( a word created by the creator of 'boomz')

| Actually initially I do not believe in sun block and/or protection for the face, arms and legs. But after knowing that playing golf about 4 hours in the sun is too much for our skins to take, especailly if you played often or at least once a week.
Face will be parched , arms will be burnt and moreover really no good for the skin.
But now starting to take care of myself... I really think it is worthwhile to protect yourselves especially in our weather here where the Sun really sorch like nobody business (ha... it will get hotter in the coming few months)

Titu hi bro haha, understand...i guess if i play weekly, i will do something about it as well....but i dun play so often (sometime once a month, or even worse, sometime less than that)..that is why i rely on wet towel to cool myself and wipe off sweat...but well, sometime i wear SKIN to protect my arm...haha !! i heard from a skin specialist that actually too much sunblock is no good for skin also, because it dun allow skin to breath efficiancy and ends up with many other skin problems, especially on face area...and those who are having sensitive skin could be even worse..but afterall, these are just hearsay lah...also dunno true anot ?...keke but, yes...i will definitely take care of my own skin....dun wanna be like pond parched from drought...haha !! snowman
