I retired my bowling ball too for golf. Hey...maybe one of this days GR can organise a bowling game as a gathering. I will then take out my mouldy ball and have it polish using car wax ha ha. Thats a food for thought mmmmm.....

depending on the type of ball u use, using car wax may make it worse... if not actually quite good

wow , this week still go golf ? no scare abt the jam ? this is the last weekend which ppl will chiong to JB and buy CNY goodies ....
my hands also itchy , but i will do spring cleaning instead to play golf this weekend.....

maybe i go nsrcc par 3 to play if my hands are super itchy ...

I have used car wax once in a while to clean my ball in the past. Works for me. Johnson wax also is another alternative. It takes less than a game for all the wax to wear off so no damage done to the ball at all. I have a cabinet full of bowling trophys to attest that my ball wasn't damage kekekke. My personal best game was 279 and that was 11 strikes and a 9 spare on the 9th frame...darn...... just like missing a hole in one by an inch'

I used car wax to clean the top coat and the face also. Don't think it will caused any harm at all. Also rubbed down the shaft giving it a clean feeling.

golf beginner> i thought Jb some many different route to avoid jam in order to go there. tuas maybe jam coz pple might go jb to do cny shoppin...

Thus far golf in mornings, going in to JB and clear tuas at 5.45 . No issue.
Coming back to Singapore sometimes can see heavy traffic bout 1.30 at Malaysia side.
So I guess bottomline is golf in the mornings to avoid jams.
