How much it cost for labour to change shaft?

anybody knows roughly what's the range?

I've done a few at 40 bucks for driver or wood incl. spining, but the corner shop at Far East charges 20 if i'm not mistaken. Dunno about irons, imagine it'd be cheaper per club. Many GR-ers seem to go to BFG for their shaft fix (with/without fitting). Maybe DGman/Muar Chee can enlighten us?
