Shotah, Aldrin is one of those wu liao local DJs. His CD is not bad wor.

I also have alot of GU series...but anyhow throw here and there liao.

You know which DJ has a good ear for tracks but suck at mixing? Nick Warren. Bugger can't mix properly and always zao beat. Laughing

To me, Aldrin, Jonathan Yeo and Yukun have their own style is a gem in the music they play. Aldrin for the house and tribal beats, Jonathan for the tech house and hard house and Yukun for the trance. Seriously, singapore have alot of Wu liao DJs but just that not everyone have the exposure like those in Zouk.

I was at a Sasha Gig once, he also almost miss a beat but one scratch and and some spins, and he is back on track.. damn saat man.

Me like Steve Perry & Journey even tho their songs became to pop-rock for me.

Same as REO Speedwagon and Phil Collins (Genesis).

Dokken, Whitesnake, Motley Crew and Def Leperd were great bands also from the 'big hair' 1980s era.

Aldrin was my classmate when we were back in Sec 1. That was a long time ago. And I do miss the great music at Velvet Underground. Some soulful House music is always good!

I used to spin at some small gigs and last time I sort of have a "mobile disco" team where we do gigs.... And I always end my set with the track with DJ Rolando's Jaguar until it became like a trademark to some, for me, its easier with the 4 x 4 beat......

Been to alot of underground gig too... was in brisbane once during my airforce days, then in most streetwear or sports shop in the city, there is a deck for people to spin, so i have some fun and spin and they invited me to a gig, and I was amazed by the number of underground gigs they have.
