| Hi guys,
Need some help from all the experienced JB campaigners!
I'm trying to find a good value for money course (that is non-cow grass) to play on weekends. Am looking at courses which costs less than SGD100 on Sunday mornings.
So far I only know Palm Villa, Ponderosa and Austin Hills which are fit the bill...are there any others which I should consider too?

| $100 sin = RM$240
You can fit into almost every course in JB, even for weekend am game
Cant think of any course can cost more then that.
Maybe Horizon Hill....
My choice of club in JB
1) Starhill 2) Tanjong Puteri 3) Palm Villa, Palm Resort, Pulai Spring, Legends, Horizon Hill

Do you know their rates on Sunday mornings? Thanks! Public and play there too, they welcome golfer like you with that kind of good budget. Try asking the agent Rohana contact, she got lots of course available, and rates.

| A list of the JB courses and their applicable weekend (not including Sun aft) rates would be useful. So far I've found the following from their websites. Maybe everyone can just add what they know to it?
1. Palm Villa - 180RM 2. Ponderosa - 200RM 3. Tanjung Puteri - 230RM (B/C course) 250RM (A course) 4. Austin Hills - 157RM 5. Octville - below 100RM (cow grass) 6. Horizon Hills - 200-230RM

| gezt_ho,
like i told many here..
have you been to kukup golf? if not, you should see the course for yourself.. (it is really crap(oops)...i lost many balls on the fairway, oh no, there is no fairway on this course..the fairway grass is longer than the rough...and the green can make Tiger Woods putt >50 times per round..
No offence if its your home course....

| No lah, everyone is sharing their own preference. Looking forward to know more from others mah.In term of sunday morning game, we will go there ( price less than 130RM but of course the course is not as good as PR,PV, SH, TGPT,Ponderosa etc) I remember the fairway isn't totally cow grass as what you mentioned. Although the place is a bit far,but less people go and we can play more relax rather than behind flight keep chasing us.( Sunday morning) ha ha ha. For sunday afternoon or weekday ( If my leave granted), normally we will go more presentable course as mentioned on the above. Cheers! | |

| You can consider Impian Emas (repeat 9 with varying Tee Box). Sunday afternoon is RM75 only. Weekend is RM120. | |

| Bro, I just went Palm Villa last weekend. The rate is RM208 and not 180... went and played then realise their free weekday voucher for weekend is only for 4 balls. If you have 3 or less, u dun get the voucher. - Mizzman wrote:
