JB Saturday AM 18h game on 16/01

My comments of PalmV and Octville:

1. cost: OctV is cheaper than Palm for weekend. approx 50% cheaper.
2. Green condition: both equally on par
3. Fairway: PalmV is not cowgrass for most part.....OctV is cow grass....thus for the latter, depending on how your lie on fairway, quite demanding and interesting.
4. Facilities: Not sure about lady's toilet...but for guys, at least to me same lah......deco in PalmV might be a tinge nicer...but i am a rough boy...
5. Buggy: Palm is better in general....OctV is very dependent on luck of the buggy given
6. Course difficulty in general/overall: Based on my limited ability and tee off (carry) of only 180meter (max)....OctV is slightly more difficult becos of the green (2-tier in a few more holes)
7. Distance fm Tuas and JB: Not sure.....but I think Palm is futher

We can meet at a certain location in Singaproe, organise ourselves into the various transport and set off together in a convoy with the old horse in front.

we going via 2nd link ? I think Pvilla from 2nd link faster, someone can suggest a nice place to meet up.
if woodland causeway, EGC would be the usual location I meet.

Last trip I borrowed someone's Royaltek GPS, good stuff, even direct you thru all the small lane and short cut. I am going to get one myself. But still a machine, I will trust a human GPS anytime.

BTW, I staying in Bishan, can pick up anyone near by or along the way.

I know the way to Palm Villa and if anyone staying in the east I would appreciate a ride that is if my driver/partner is not playing. Cab fare to and fro to meeting point would cost me more than the game.

Garmin is the best GPS in the market wor , rem to switch to another map when in msia so that its 100% accurate ....

I dun have GPS yet but I tried using my colleague's one , very gd ....

Tuas , the toll is quite ex leh but now school starts liao I guess causeway wont be tat jam liao .... anyway , we will discuss later ....

TIBO also very "gd"! U turn right when the voice command tell u turn left. Turn left when it indicated go straight. I lost my way in Sengkang 2 wk ago...
