| Hagane is a familiar name. I think some old Honma sets come with Hagane steel shafts. | |

The PM-05 wedge, Chairman Katsuhiro Miura has completed thorough many trial and errors for a year, crushing many proto-types.
Wedge is the club which tends to ball flies to left because of the shape. There is a data which shows many people usually drop ball a little left to the pin and get ball come to the pin by spinning to the right. Approach by opening the face make spin to right hand side increased more, and ball rolls to the right to further right after landed.
”straight” is what Chairman, Miura wanted to accomplished. The wedged is finished to enable to serve straight to the target and hit straight back-spin without side-spin. This wedge can be used with same imaging of putter.
The wedge is for aiming pin dead, therefore, when expecting ball to go up, have left feet come close to the ball and hit it.
The face is usual beautifully curved face that Chairman, Miura has be making with “Hagane”.
Beautiful curve continues seamless through top, line, toe, leading-edge to around neck.
Very small quantity is manufactured at a time. Miura Giken carries stock as completed product and basically won’t take “special order”.
We will adjust only for loft and lie with completed product. *1 degree range.
Starting with PM-05, only 10 stores are allowed to handle Hagane. It started at 5 stores and it’s not a business requesting from the retail store (studio) side, it can be only nominated directly from Chairman Miura by considering past business contents.
Hagane is the highest grade in Miura Golf, sold at only 10 stores in Japan , which is produced, designed, and grinded by Chairman Miura.
