I was watching on TV when he withdrew. Kinda sad and I do feel for Tiger. Must be super frustrating for him.

He is getting old at a young age of only 39. So easily susceptible to injuries.

I really still prefer the old Tiger when he first appeared on the PGA scene. Wild drives with great recoveries. Unfortunately he went into the pursuit of perfecting his swing and things just went south. Why change when he have had great successes back then when no one could catch him? Quite sianz without him.

I still believe he has added too much muscles and biceps to his body.

Its frustrating to read those bad news too. Why changes swing when he's untouchable? Chinese says, 'Kian hor, mine ker kian'!

Looks like he might keep coming back to embarrass himself if he continue having health problems. One moment say he is back to full health,, the next moment he is injured for no apparent reason.

actually...come to think of it...tiger wood is still human like everyone of us where we have our ups and down...we started off having this thinking in golf...."can hit the ball can liao".....and as we improved along the way... we start to think of "a bogey game is very good aready".....when we can hit and getting more consistent with our game....we start thinking of "how come i cannot hit further and better swing than my buddy?"....and so we start changing here and there and stress ourselves even more.... so moral of story....tiger woods may be at the top of his career back then but he still feel he lack of more and thus changes...resulting in this situation...but i believe he will be back real soon after he sort out his thoughts........just my humble opinion....

I think he injured his mind more than his physical side.. Will he recover back to his former glory??? Only time can tell... Meanwhile, TW supporters jus keep supporting him.. Else can watch the awesome display of golf by other PGA golfers out there.. plenty of exciting golf ahead!!!

I believe TW's dominance is over. Once in a while he might sparkle. But to continue the way he dominated previously is obviously over.

It's tough being TW. It's tough for the now-TW to be the then-TW. It's tough to get back up.
Incredibly high expectations on a great champ.

I am afraid this may spell the end of the TW-major legacy ... Not even sure if he is capable of winning another normal PGA tourney let alone a Major Championship considering that the competitions are getting younger, fitter and talented these days ... However, no doubt that he is the best and most gifted golfer in his era ...
I don't think I can see another TW within 10 years from now ... Not certain if Rory McIlory can match 14 or more majors and 79 or more PGA tourneys in his career ...

Re your bold words above, club producers will be laughing all the way to the banks if there are more of such social golfers exists ... This is because many would blame their tools and start to change their clubs ...

I think it"s like whenever we play a round of golf and the flight in front is very slow resulting in us losing momentum. Then our game is no longer there. This might affect my score though, not my back. Something like that except that TW kena shutdown due to insufficient oiling of the joints. After trying to explain I also become confused.

Perhaps someone from the Tour should advise Tiger to use "Butt Balm" to cure his DGS ... If you wanna know what is this, watch the video below ...
