Recruitment of HSBC LPGA Volunteers :

TEAM LEADERS FOR MOBILE VOLUNTEERS

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

I am taking this opportunity to share to your advance notice.
Coming HSBC 2015 (LPGA) will be held on :
5th - 8th March 2015
Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (4 days).

As such, we are now starting to gather Volunteers to our team as 4 person in a group for :

- Mobile Scorer x 1
- Board Carrier x 1
- Mobile Marshal x 2

You are required to carry out at least 2 days. Be it whether Thursday and Friday or Saturday and Sunday or all 4 days.

Prior to the above, allow me to say this. But if I had offended you all. I hereby apologies of my words.

Please note that we need people whom are being responsible to his or her duty while doing the voluntary.

As this year, both us, me Golfman and Hardrock will be the team leader for this year HSBC @ Sentosa.

- Briefing & Dinner :
23rd Feb 2015, 7pm (Monday)

Volunteers who have worked for a minimum of two days shall be invited to participate in a post-tournament golf game on Monday, 16 March 2015.

Shotgun Start :

- 7.30am, Lunch 2.00pm or,
- 1.30pm, Dinner 7.00pm

Those who worked on weekday will have priority over preferred session.
