HELP required regarding Malaysia's Touch & Go Cash card

Hi GRians, need to ask if anyone of you who went in to JB without any card at all? Can we buy a new Touch Card if we totally don't have one at all at the last counter of the Top Up counter? Do they sell new card? Tks in advance. Enquiring on behalf of a friend who intends to go up this weekend.

Hi bro, your friend can buy or top up the card:
- woodlands: at last counter of each lane;
- tuas: first two lane from the extreme left;

New card will cost rm30 with value of rm20
