I think with all the remarks here, it could be because he is not given a fair chance to defend himself. The moderators did right by removing it.

Even if the ball moved an inch, they will own up and take a stroke penalty

ball didn't drop properly after hazard they will also self penalty

I think TNP reporter got the latest D Division 77 shooter's name wrong
If you search by his name as reported in the article, you cannot find his hcp. But if you leave out the 'Long' in his name and do a search, it's quite clear who they are referring to

For his last 20 games played, he didn't submit any scorecards. I stand corrected but I think the person in question is him. His current hcp stands at 17.6

How else can we explain why this person can play in Division D (16-20 hcp) and yet manage to shoot 77, no one knows his real hcp if he never submits scores. I think there is a loophole here, his hcp should become invalid
