| Saw a brand new Scotty putter selling at approx <$350. Is it worth getting?? How to choose between a traditional blade putter and a squareback ...And what is "toe flow"?

| Which model of scotty you saw? Online or shop? Just be careful if you r buying from eBay..some are knock off..
Blade or mallet putter is all depend on individual liking n preference..
As for toe flow.. Hope the link below help..enjoy..

| Sorry that I didn't explain in depth... It's in HK.... THE whole stretch of shops there.....selling at the same price. Brand new, with titleist hologram stick, wrapped and sealed with head cover. Think I will bring "some putters back"... Plus : thanks for the attachment! Something new about the toe flow for me | |

| It's along hankow road. Between Nathan road and Kowloon park drive. Just got my squareback there....and I am quite sure it's genuine piece. Maybe I will show some photos when I am back. Funny thing is, some shops will charge HKD100 for 10min use on their practice putt green in their shops.
Very happy man now..calculated, it's S$350 Almost wanted to grab some uncommon forged "hand crafted" wedge back....

| Hankow Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon area is like our FESC... half a stretch of road full of golf shops, and based on my visits previously, most are selling genuine stuffs. The lower in price is mainly because HK do not have GST/VAT like us, and also SGD exchange rate is stronger... | |

Thanks all! Bro, If you can find Hankow road, you will see those shops. This road is not long, but there are easily 8-10 golf shops around. I also noticed that the Mizuno irons are easily 40% cheaper that that in Golf House Singapore Enjoy !

| Yeah... They are mainly along hankow road... Some on ground floor, some on level 2-3.... (You got to look up for their signage) And some in the basment. There should be easily over 10-15 shops along that street. Pice wise, they may look diffent on their price tags, but after discount....they all cost the same. Happy shopping... But do take note that we cannot hand carry sports equipement on board flights. I need to check in my beloved putter.....so do ask for boxes abd bubble pack when you purchase. | |

| I just went to Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Shui area. i went to the shop, starting to play with the scottys, he just told me $2100 HKD, which is $344 SGD. He mentioned that in HK, Titleist is a very popular brand and hence with the volume, they get good pricing. I took 1 of the card of the shop i was in, PM me if you need it. I will get it at my next trip there though. | |

| Yes... Price standard. Some selling at HKD3600, some HKD3200... But all will discount to HKD2100. Mine still all wrapped up since I bought it back. | |

Else mizuno irons will be something I will want to grab back! i am sure you have plenty of opportunities to go HK in the future .. 1 more thing, OGIO golf bags are also much cheaper there. Grom-XX was selling at s$399 in Golf-House, and you can get it for S$220 there. I am a die-hard fan of OGIO golf bag, so i did not compare the price of other bags enjoy shopping

| Are these genuine Titleist stuff? Titleist has a unique and complicated sticker on the back of the club shaft and serial number to indicate it is an authentic Titleist product. I noticed there are many fake branded stuff available at a fraction of the real mcCoy price in HK and China. | |

| Hmm.. I have had walked into the golf shops in HK and prices are not attractive. I will assumed that the golf stuffs would be more pricy there, esp when golf courses are scarce (need to take a boat out from mainland HK) and going to range is expensive (they charge by the clock which I do feel that it's a good scheme esp for mat hoggers).. | |

I did see in my last trip to HK. Each of the putters had an authentic acushnet hologram sticker on the putter shaft. Doesnt loook like it is fake. Well the prices for the normal putters are around 330 to 350sgd but the dual balance are just below 450sgd. Thinking of buying them.
