Difference between Tour AD SF & 9003

Hi! 

Just have a quick question, recently I hit a fellow GR bro's 9003 and IT WAS AWESOME! But when I try to search online and see it both 9003 compared up with SF and surprise to have no fruitful results.

So question is:
Are they the same shaft but marketed as jdm and us spec?
If anyone have tried the both, are they similar? Ie spin, ball flight, stability (given flex n weight should be relatively the same)
