I belongs to the old schools, only believes in blades and forged clubs.
As age is catching up, I gave up my 3/4 irons for a Utilities hybrid.
I do not like the big hybrid as it is too bulky, so I tried the Tour Stage Utilities, below.
After using it, I totally change my mind on traditional blades.
Swallow my ego and change my mindset, I went in search for a more forgiving iron sets.
Found it, tested it and loving it! .........The Mizuno MP H4
The 3&4 irons looks and play like the utilities.( Callay and Tits Utilities are selling at $400+ each!
)
Easy to launch and not too big like woods.
The profile is a good balance between looks and launch-ability.
These 2 two are my favourite!

The mid irons 5,6 and 7 is slightly thicker on the top line
compared to traditional irons.
But bottom line, it does performance both in distance and feel.
8,9 and PW looks quite the same as the traditional irons.
Except for the plastic dampener which looks a bit quaky.
Again it is easier to hit and the extra hight gained does not
affect the distance, which is usually not the case for shorter irons.
Conclusion,
If you are looking for an easy to launch irons,
butter soft heads and slick looks.
This is the one!
P.S. if you need proof, my tour stage is up for sale soon.
Not that it is no good, it's my MP H4 can do the job.
After all. both shared the same profile.
