| Well, my colleague used to tell me.. If you can't play the game , then you must look the game! Not the best advice but what the heck, why not anyway... Some I will try to do mix and match golf outfits and pretty much mad about the head gear as well.. Got a couple here and some in japan... Thought I start this thread for folks to share what's on your head.. I start start with my small collection (and yes, I do wear them ) | |

Nice collection, been trying to find the above srixon and titleist cap design here but no avail. The Titleist Army style cap is available in Sg ... I bought mine at MST MBGC outlet a couple of months ago ... TM Burner also have this Army style cap available last year.

| Just a question. Does wearing caps make you bald faster? | |

Good question actually ... I saw many PGA Tour golfers like Tiger Woods, Zach Johnson, Matt Kucher, Jim Furyk, etc. are either balding or already bald ... Golfers like Ian Poulter, GMac, JK Choi, Bubba Watson, Luke Donald, Mamat Marden, etc. who wear sun visors managed to maintain their crowning glory ...

| Having a head full of hair is probably more to do with the hair gene than the headwear. Visors are comparably less stifling for the hair follicles, though they offer zero SPF against scalp burning. | |

Maybe they already bald that's why wear visors not nice?

| Even young cap wearing pros like Spieth and Manessero are having thinning hair. My wife has noticed this trend and is banning me from wearing caps! "Visor only!",she says. | |

| Hair loss can be the result of many causes. most popular is of course genetic, vitamin deficiency or stress.
I was drooping hair on the back of my head about 15 years ago and went to see a doc. was given vitamin boosters, scald tonic, told to relax more. My hair dresser was nice enough to give me treatment shampoo and conditioner.
After one month, full glory restored.....

Thats maybe why Robert Rock (European Tour Pro) does not wear any cap ... He has silky smooth and long mane of hair ....

| I don't know why but I actually googled it (i can't post an external link since I am new to the forum) but the link is livescience.com. So its a myth... I do know for a fact that hat/cap and a good pair of sunglass is important to protect us from the sun! I see that some golfers, especially in local courses just played without headgear and sunglass under the hot glaring sun... This is actually harmful to the eyes (and of course to skin as well). Either one should be worn at any one time.. | |
