Odyssey Metal-X Milled Putter

Think the milled version would promote better feel to the putts.

looks like the release date will be January 17th, 2014! pat perez already got his hands on it and did some custom work too, check it out! it's the metal x no.7 that asahi mentioned he's using above!

not sure about where the public can get it custom made, looks like the skull design above was made by callaway/odyssey in-house for pat perez.

haha i wish that skull putter was mine!! it's actually one of Pat Perez's putters and one of the master club/putter makers from Odyssey custom made it for him.

not sure where to get club customization like that unfortunately

Had a couple of rounds with this putter last year and one word is SHIOK! Almost eloped with it, now waiting for romance with present putter to die before committing to this one.

The 330M is sweet looking putter!! i love the shapes of the #1 and #9 styles as well

Its not here yet. That putter belongs to a fitter out in the west. Hopefully the new distributor for Callaway will not keep us waiting too long to see these on our shores.

Actually Callaway has no distributor in Singapore or SEA now ... Retailers like Panwest, MST, etc. are all agents ... Panwest lost their Distribution rights some years ago as far as I know ... Yes, bro Enwee is right to point up that Callaway is planning to set up shops in Sg ... following the foot step of TM ...

On the contrary, I was informed all of Callaway's SEA distributors were still in place up until a few weeks ago. Guys like MST in Vietnam, PanWest in Singapore, Mitra Adp. in Indonesia and another group in the Philippines. None of these parties were merely agents, they all had exclusivity for many, many years up until recently. I guess Callaway want to streamline and bring the region under one umbrella now, hence the changes. Not sure how they will get their product into the market now.

Secondly, I can't see Callaway setting up their own store in Singapore. Too small a market, too small a brand, and one of the most expensive markets in the world to operate a retail business. Would not make sense (reference TM closing their store in 313 or wherever it was after a very short time). Even TM's Cathay is slowly becoming an Adidas store. If I were Callaway I would stick with a 3rd party distributor/agent and let them bear all the high costs involved in such a small market.  

Anyway, interesting times for a brand that is certainly kicking TM's ass right now.

Callaway made a big bang in the market when they releases "Biggest Big Bertha" years ago. Then after adidas and TM merged they started dominating the golf market. Good to see Callaway breathing down TM's neck again.
