My aim for 2014. Simplify. Decide faster. Hopefully thhis kind of bag helps.

Hope you succeed in doing that.
Something which others might find 14 clubs are insufficient in their bag.

I agree with haragolfer. I am now carrying 12 clubs. No more irons from 6i and above for me. In my bag are:

1. Driver, 3w, 5w, 7w & 9w
2. Irons 7 to Pw
3. Sandwedges 56 & 60 deg
4. Putter

And I am enjoying these clubs now. Very Happy

Might consider reducing further by ditching 7i and 8i. Smile

I find that I need lesser distance clubs --> down to driver, 4 wood and 4 hybrid.
Anything that is longer than 180m, I try to break it down into 2 strokes, instead of trying to reach it in one. It actually resulted in better scores :-)

However, I still cannot reduce my wedges, although I know I probably should.
