| Played few weeks back. Condition is above average, definitely worth $80. Ponderosa is a fairly easy'ish course, so good for your confidence as well ;-) | |

| Played there over the weekend. Horrible! I'm sure it's because of the rainy season, that's why the condition of the course was like a padi field, but seriously every ball whether fairway or rough had to pluck! One of my flight mates had his ball half sunken on the green!
But one thing i like about Ponderosa is that it's a confidence builder course, super short with relatively easy'ish greens.
Note: Bring a wiping towel with you to wipe your ball before putting as it will be impossible to Put properly with chunks of mud stuck on it, also your irons will be incredibly dirty.

| I rather take a break for this December month 1. Traffic Jam school holiday@ Causeway & 2nd Link. 2. Rainy season fairway pluck you golf ball. 3. go driving range practice either improve your mistake or make it worsen your swing!!
Cheers | |

| @bro yaozza07 - thanks for the update. I think all jb courses are going to be same. Looks like no jb games for Dec for me then. agree with bro iron eagle but hopefully not his point 3. | |

| Hi all,
played at IOI Palm Villa yesterday and had the same issue. Probably due to the weather, just need to be a little tolerant with this condition but I would say it quite taxing to keep looking for balls.

| Didn't know the course condition is that bad. I thought they only revamped the whole course a few years back. When I last played there possibly in 2008 or 2009 after their revamp, it was quite good. Oh well... | |

This sort of condition have to modify your game, bump & run, off-green put, etc... will be hard to execute. Need to be aggressive and attack pin all the time. 1st 9 - played normal game, result +13 2nd 9 - played new strategy, result +1

| Actually the courses are all playing long for rainy season. Fairway is very soft which doesn't roll much and I also notice that my carry distance is shorter than usual. Haiz, I am already a very short hitter and now with no roll, I always have to use woods and still can't reach the greens.
Practicing at the range sounds like a really good idea.
