Errr she's gonna kill me for this...told me driver very wild but I saw on range nowhere but straight or a slight fade.

What can I say, I waited long enough to get my paws on these bad boys. And, they have been worth the wait. I'm too scared to take them out on the course just yet - they look too pretty right now. I'm glad DGman took photos of them

They are actually a birthday gift from my wife who, in spite of her unhappiness at my frequent golfing, found it in her heart to give me the best gift ever. Love you babe!

To top it all off, they were customized and fitted for my needs by DGman and the able team at BFG. Much discussion went into deciding shaft, length, lie etc. When DGman took out the long ruler, I got excited but alas, it was only intended to measure shaft length. The i80s feel great and have been tweaked for my needs. I'm not sure how they'll perform but I do know that I'll enjoy gaming them.

A word of thanks to Babycroc, Pushslice & WMF for their repeated "buy buy buy!" remarks and to Bigbanana for lending me his set to really feel the power of the clubs. (Too bad he's on the i95s which are a bit much for me.)

Lastly, a big thank you to my fitter and, more importantly, my good friend DGman for this set of irons (the ferrules and additional "token" are also much appreciated).

PS. Before anyone asks, "no," you don't get strokes just because I have these in my bag
