1) some yes, some no... some use luminous colored balls...

3) in sg, only jcc, occ and mbgc i think

- Nope, but then I golf with my eyes closed anyway. No point playing with my eyes open since my playing scares me senseless. Seriously, yup, you can see the ball.

do you have to bring mosqito coil?
- I'm more concerned about the wild creatures which roam the course at night. They hunger for blood and flesh. Buayas!!!!! Seriously, no need for mosquito coils but if you're concerned, use insect repellent.

- All clubs have night golfing but most require you to bring your own torchlight. Seriously, I think only JCC and MBGC.
