Omg!!!!! What an amazing shot by Feng Shan Shan on the final hole!!!!!!

An eagle to win   Well done Feng Shan Shan

Woooooo!!!!! What a finish!  

Feng Shanshan thought she hit her 2nd shot into the water, but it just clears, kicks onto the green and hits the flag to leave 4 feet for eagle. 

Stacey Lewis, leading by 1 shot, took a more conservative 3 shot approach but could not stick her pitch close enough and had to settle for Par. 

Shanshan then steps up and holes the putt for eagle and wins by 1 stroke.

Guess the whole crowd there were really supporting her and it really blessed her shot to jump out of the rough and not only that it also went straight to the hole and hit thr pole....  wow......!!!!

It really need some luck besides skills to win sometimes.....

i think next year will have more chinese ladies player  "infesting" the lpga tour.....

Interestingly I was rooting for the underdog stacey lewis cos she played very consistently and her opponent was playing in home grown

Reignwood Championship was decided by an eagle on the 72nd hole. What a finish.

Yea very disappointed in Stacey Lewis' rant. I don't blame her for feeling the way she does but there is no good reason to air such ungracious comments publicly

She can complain about the fans and the playing conditions. But discrediting Feng's win is downright childish n unprofessional

i think she behaved out of frustration

she did pay compliments to FSS

but i think the straw that broke the camel's back was when she missed her par putt to win that hole to go 2 strokes clear, one of the spectators actually made a loud "YEAH!!!" and clapped..

i mean it will prob irritate any serious competitor

Why cant we have more ppl like those I am lucky to play with?


When they win, they say that its luck

When they lose, they say opponent is good.....

still not very graceful to say that especially if you are No.1..
my rating/respect on her dropped a thousand point.....

No doubt golf is a big thing in China ... However, sad to say that the spectators in this gigantic country still have a long way to learn in terms of golf etiquettes ... I believe the spectators from UK are among the most discipline if not the most in the world ...
