| Thanks y'all!!! It was simply unbelievable. Asahi was correct - OCC. 9Points was correct - Dendro, 4th hole. I don't really recall how I did it but I do remember having to rush to take the shot. We were already a bit behind and the 3 ball flight behind us were catching up. I had to use the loo at the halfway house and quickly ran back to the tee box. Pushslice and Babycroc had already hit. I was next. Just got it flying nicely, I guess. As the pin was tucked behind the mound, we never saw the ball land. It had a good line though. Mloy insisted that it'll be a birdie for sure. I was just glad I got it on the green. Walked up, and I saw 2 balls. I was sure I had rolled close to the fringe. But it was Mloy's ball and Babycroc's ball had rolled a bit off (I think). There were no other balls on the green. Babycroc said something along the lines of "check the hole'lah!" and I did. Lo and behold...  My game went to rubbish after that. Tripled the next par 4 and then some. It's nice to tick one off the bucket list, but it's even more special to share the moment with fantastic golfing buddies. (Special thanks to Blee & Mloy for helping to coordinate.) I don't know how I did it. What I do know is that I'll treasure this one for a long long long while  PS. I'm so going to mess up this hole when I play it next.  | |
