Pray Hard...

Father O'Neilly is an avid golfer and plays to a single digit handicap.

One day, he was paired with a beginner and was very amused by his lack of golfing skills. When they approached the signatue island green, Father O'Neilly hit a perfect iron shot to within a foot of the cup and then turn asked the young man, "My son, what would you do here?"

The young golfer replied, "I think I am going to use my 5 iron and pray hard when I hit."

"That is a brilliant idea!"

*piak* "pluuuooom"

And the young man topped a shot into the water.

"Tsk, tsk!" said Father O'Neilly.

"My son, I don't know which church you attend, but in my church, they keep their head down when praying."
