New Golfer!

Hello GR! i just got my PC recently and have been practicing alot at the range. I was told i needed to submit like 5 x 18 holes scorecard. I thought i could just go to the one at Mandai but apparently its not recognised?

Anyway i hoping to find some golf kaki who are newbies like me to play together. PM me if you are!

Bro,

Mandai one is an executive course thus it's not recognize.

U can play MBGC, Changi golf club etc for your score consolidation.
Join mygolf kaki or hometeam golf to enjoy some peaks at different courses. Best will be my golf kaki which can help u get ur handicap.

I think Mandai was recently graded with index and can now be recognised for handicap.

Enjoy the game : ) It can get quite addictive. Not in a bad way, but more to improving each game you play...for me, at least. Heh.

As long as there's a slope and course rating should be ok

must be usga rated courses. usually if slope and course rating (like enwee said), then means usga rated.

thanks guys! btw has anyone of you had a PC which last for only 6 months? i got mine from AGA and i'm starting to think its kinda shady because everyone else has got a PC which is valid for at least a year.

6mths is more than enough to get your hcp since u only need 5 cards

PC or not it doesnt really matter. I guess you need to quickly accumulate some green-time expereience (5x18 score cards) and learn the rules and ethics. Then you will be on your way to take your CR and get your coveted HCP. Smile
