I think it's more road rage than a car race.
Whichever the case, the two drivers should be hauled up and flogged in public.

The black car is a BMW?
The driver of the black car is pretty skilled to have avoided losing control of his car completely ... that being said, he is a complete and absolute moron for driving like that on a public road ... complete disregard for safety of others, and while the first incident in the tunnel MIGHT be taken as speeding and losing control, the incidents outside the tunnel show a definite INTENT toward causing an accident
I am normally quite reserved about screaming for other people's blood, but the driver of the black car definitely needs to be taught a lesson in restraint ...

This is not a car race but rather a show of road rage, first shown by the red car then the black in retaliation near the end. Don't approve of either but I think the red car is clearly the aggressor.

Both are idiots, they never even consider the others road users. Should ban them from driving for a long time.

As they say, it takes 2 hands to clap.
I don't mind if those two morons crashed into each other and burned. What irks me the most is that they end up harming/killing innocents on the road due to their "my-dick-is-bigger-than-yours" contest. Like I said, f'g idiots.

Takes two hands to clap. One of the driver must have antagonise the other and from there EGO takes over. And that my friends, is the beginning of the mad race between the two.
Yesterday, I was driving with my wife beside me at Yuan Ching Road towards AYE and stopped at the traffic light next to Tang Dynasty Village when the traffic light turned red. From my rear view mirror a huge lorry came very fast behind me and pull an emergency stop behind my car so close it shocked by wife. As the light turned green, I drove along and thought nothing of the incident and was intending to turn left towards AYE. This lorry driver tailgated me all the way (I don't know why) along AYE towards city. I got fed up and turned on my hazard light at the bus stop next to JCC for him to overtake me. I then followed behind him. We exited left and stopped at the traffic light with the intention to turn right. I stopped next to him and wind down my window. The driver was burly and stared at me through his window. Seeing that I have wound down my window, he did the same thing and asked me, "What"? I replied, "Do you have a problem with my driving?" My wife was quivering then. "Why?" came the reply. "You stopped very very close to my car behind from Tang Dynasty and tailgated me all the way from Tang Dynasty and at 90kmph along AYE. What's your problem?" He quickly wind up his window, probably sensing that I am not easy meat for his bullying tactic. Traffic light turned green and both of us turned right, only to stop again at the next traffic light. I took a picture of his truck to keep a record but will not post it here. Yes, my wife was shaking throughout the entire episode from the bullying truck driver. I stood my ground. Not sure if it's silly but I stood my ground without resorting to violence. I was ready to call the traffic police then. And fortunately nothing serious develop.
Some drivers can really piss people off and was spoiling for a fight. They might have a bad day but that does not mean they can take it out on others.

Do you realize that a lot of f'd up incidents happen in the KPE tunnel? Do the speed cameras even work? I've seen a lot of crazy drivers in the tunnel. What's with the speed there? They think that they're in a time tunnel and driving faster makes them go back in time? F'g idiots.

Personally, I believe the speed limit at 70km/h n the KPE is a bit slow. This has resulted in some drivers becoming impatient.

There are speed traps inside the tunnel but only at certain spots. One can speed after getting pass the camera but be warned, I once got a warning letter from TP stating that i was travelling above the limit at 82km/h.
i think one should practice self restraint as there are idiots on the road everywhere. I had a bad encounter this morning as well with a lorry cutting into my lane TWICE. First time was damn close and I have to horn and jam brake to avoid collision. That idiot again cut into my lane again without signal. Haiz. I just drove on and silently cursed him to death. As for direct confrontation, it won't get us anywhere except ending up in quarrels or fights.
Take a deep breathe and enjoy another day with your love ones cos everyday is a precious day.

... that's not good enough a reason to drive at breakneck speed and risk their lives and those of others.
I believe that it's important to maintain a slower than normal speed limit in tunnels because accidents there are often difficult to get to (for rescue teams) and can cause bigger problems with fumes etc. Think 'Daylight'.

Well, I am just expression my opinion that 70km/h is a bit slow. Of course we have to respect the speed limit within each road. I do not condone rash behaviours of some motorists.

Absolutely, bro TDO. I wasn't implying that you condoned it. I'm just saying that drivers who think that 70kph in the tunnel is too slow should realize that there's a reason why it may be lower than elsewhere. Note that Nicol Highway is also 70kph.

Sometimes it's easier said than done, especially if you are not in the situation. The situation might be different if you are involved in it.
I do find it easier to forgive if there's enough time to react and are not put through the risk and danger posed by the other reckless party.

Yeah i know.. Been in many kind of situation before... few near miss accident (1 cm bumper to bumper) after all its just driving... exert some defense driving, dont high speed tail gate...
and yeah seeing the video also make my blood boiling... thats why my comment is hope TP give a good smack to those drivers... I will confirm plus chop reporting these drivers.
