Play this morning 2 ball with my kaki, I must say the green is well maintain,
putting green is consistent, buggy is good. Only thing is because of heavy rain
the night before green is a little soggy, otherwise is perfect.

Comparable with Palm Resort, rating very good!

We tee off 737am  finished 18 holes 1t 1030am, buggy on track!

Palm Villa keep it Up!

Yup played yesterday and the conditions still very well-kept since my last visit in May..

Which of the 2 would you recommend for beginners just getting into the game and do not want to be too demoralised after 18 holes? Thanks

Palm villa crown jewel is ioi, but the palm and putra is easier.

 Try ioi & palm course, ioi course is a must if possible.

1 hole in IOI need to drive across drain, nice.

Last par 4 hole in palm course very possible to 2 on, but extremely tricky for putting.

We play 2 ball IOI and Palm from Blue Tee.
