Where to buy golf stuff in Shanghai?

Hi GRians,
I will be in Shanghai next week, and hoping to buy stuff like golf umbrellas, shirts, etc ...
Anyone familar with Shanghai area?

Golf shops are scattered in Shanghai. The fake stuff are on or nearby xiang yang market.

Singapore is still better bro. I'd just binge eating in Shanghai.

think it is better to buy in SG. too many fakes there.

Fakes, many places, can try Science and Technology Museum (Ke Ji Guan) in Pudong... but be prepared to slash prices like never before...

Yeah.. im also agreed with them.. too many fakes BUT some of the fake item maybe is in good conditions... think twice !! Cheap n Good..

Ke ji guan has many good fakes. If you are looking for stuff, suggest you bargain like hell.

Suggest you just stick to buying bags, clothes etc... Give the equipment a miss.

Yes they do. Some very good looking ones too. There was a shop ( i can't remember the name anymore) that told me that they have the AAA grade bags. But don't take my word for it, you take a look for yourself.

A word of caution, althought there are probabaly about 6 shops selling golf stuff, i highly suspect their supplier/source is the same, So you will see the shops selling the same stuff.

Whatever you buy, buy with open eyes. If you are looking for fakes then it's not a problem. If buying real stuffs, better and probably cheaper to buy here in Singapore.

Agree with TDO that they are fake stuff.

However, if you are looking for non-performing equipment (e.g. bags, apparels etc), do your selection carefully and you can get some good stuff.

I would however, strongly discourage purchase of clubs and balls.

Ke Ji Guan (Science and Technology Museum) Station, A.P. Plaza is a good bet for golf shirts and stuffs.
Dri Fit shirts about rmb 80 to 120. Got good quality clubs too. Just know what you are buying.
For genuine stuff, can try the Huang Xing Golf Range shops.  All the major brands are there. This place is very near the Huang Xing Park station, metro line 8. The driving range is 280 bays so you can also get some practice there. Check out your google map, can see the wedge shape driving range from satellite view.  Happy Shopping.
