My take is that Vijay shouldn't have sued the PGA. Yes, he was upset and embarrassed. Yes, the PGA acted too quickly. But in the larger picture, Vijay's track record hasn't been pristine either. He's fallible. If he can see that, he should appreciate that others are as well.

I see little point in bringing a claim when this is driven more by frustration than actual suffering.
