Our Taiwanese friend Jason Chien has savoured the Char Siew Rice from them. He was impressed...

I always have my fix once or twice a week there cos its near my place when I was in Sg.

They are not cheap though. Better bring more cash when you eat there cos the final price mught shock you sometimes especially for the duck.

For people who like juicy duck meat, can give their duck a miss. Theirs is the dry type if I am not wrong.

Rex bought this for me some time ago. i believe Jason Chien was in town at that time. we both agree that the quality is exceptional. i still have the lingering taste of juicy tasty and rich CSSY when i saw this post.

Haha, sorry DGman, I just couldn't help it, I was arranging for a company lunch and happened to come across the picture of their CSSY, immediately I started to salivate (abit crude but no kidding). I have to share this sinful but mouthwatering dish with everyone!

i think for most CSSY store. the best time is 11.15. thats when the CSSY are out from the roast. let the meat rest for 5 minutes and .......
