Thinking of making a trip to BKK for golf. Our group have reciprocal at some clubs and can arrange cheap accomodation. Now looking for a supplier for a mini bus to ferry us around.

Thinking of booking van/mini bus for 4 days - from airport to hotel/golf/dinner, etc.

Can try inquire golfasian.com. They provide full service for golf trip, but maybe can parse out transport only.

I just came back from Bangkok. Rented a Fortuner 3.0 diesel for 4 days from AVIS. Took it on Tues 9am at the airport and sent it back on Fri 7pm at the airport. Cost us S$115/- per person (4 ball flight) with GPS. When you collect the car, you can ask the counter girl to help you set up all the places that you want to go in the GPS....

Diesel for 4 days.. S$40/-

not too sure if it is expensive or not but overall, it was hassle free.

Ginn, how was negotiating the Bangkok traffic? Not keen to fight with other road users after golf.

But would consider rental option!

We normally tee off at about 10 - 1030am to avoid the peak hour. there will be some traffic going back to the hotel but it wasn't that bad.
