Bombing in Boston

Have been staying in Boston for half a year and really like this place, heard this news this morning and my heart sunk...

My thought goes to all my friends living there....and deepest condolence to those who lost their family member there....sigh !!!

Agreed, Boston is a lovely place and I have a few friends there too. (I did my degree in the US) Luckily all of them messaged me this morning to reply that they were safe.

I grew up just outside of Boston and have been to the very locations where this bombing took place hundreds of times throughout my life.

Just a sad, terrible day for those who were injured and lost loved ones to such a senseless and cowardly act.

There were many, many examples of heroism that should not go unnoticed. Both government and civilian people illustrated how even in the face of serious danger and evolving circumstances, they rushed toward the hot spots, and not away from them, in order to help injured and rescue others. This is what true heroes due. Many examples of that in Boston during this tragic event.
