| Dear GRians, always wanted to do this but never had the right photos, now here's 9 photos of how we stack up in the hardware department..... as you can see, we have left out the lounge and relax area as there were scores of snoring patrons during the shoot. What Greets You... The AnalysisSwing Analysis - We are using the Trackman for swing analysis...the figures are for the customer to see while i look at movement to select suitable weight and flex.... Putting Fitting - for very advance players we will use the Break 30 which consist of a video camera and a SAM Putt Lab mounted.....as you can see, we do sell Yonex Golf Shoes. Shaft Evaluation - We call this the pneumatic nut cracker, besides cracking nuts of all sizes, it is term as a Optometrix Frequency Analyser (one of the most accurate frequency analyser using a laser as the primary light source, measurements are not affected by ambient or reflected lighting, shaft color or shaft material). Btw this shaft is defending the Solitaire Open this week and good luck to MM on his quest to keep the very elusive title at Whack Whack... Our ToolsSome of the most used tools include...... Irons loft and lie adjustments - the Mitchell Signature Series which is capable of not just bending irons, but fairwars, hybrids and even drivers (we are selective when it comes to doing this for golfers as it can cause scaring on clubs). On use on all Tour Vans. My favourite machine in the shop..... For bending putters loft and lie. for those who have heavy betting, you can send your opponents to the Den. let me know in advance on the quantum of the bet and adjustments will be made accordingly. seriously the Mitchell V1 Putter and Lie Machine is still the best model out there. later model has more frills but this is the Rock in putter adjustments......suitable from $10k scotty to $30 close out putters. On use at at Tour Van. Golf Instrument M-300 Loft and Lie Measuring Device - we measure the clubs twice, once on this precise machine and again after its been adjusted. that way, you can the best reading. measuring them on the loft and lie machine is inaccurate. This is a must have on Tour Vans and OEM manufacturing facilities. Golf Instrument HP 100 Heavy Duty Shaft Extractor - unlike hydraulic pump extractor, this machine uses a fixed position to extract the head from the shaft. this is important as the shaft integrity is kept intact and fixed while the head glides off the shaft using controlled heating. Again you will find this as standard equipment on Tour Vans. Trade secrets not shown here but this is the best machine to pull Taylormade, Tiltleist, Cobra, Callaway adaptors without damaging the polymer ferrules or covers. now for the last photo....anyone who have been to the Den will tell you it does not look so clean...of course we have to clean up for photography session. More space than a Tour Van. hope you will enjoy the Tour of BFG and do give us your comments to make things better. also we DO NOT allow smoking in our premises. light snoring, food and drinks are welcomed anytime. | It's nice, but nothing beats being there in person. If you haven't been there, it's a treat. Make sure you visit. But leave your credit cards and wallets at home... it's hard not to spend if you don't | |

Interesting u mentioned that the putter lie machine is suitable for $30 closeout models.
There was a clubfitter S once who told me that my $100 putter was 'not worth adjusting' but did not elaborate, it left a very sour taste in my mouth after that, I swore never to go back to that place ever again...
Kudos to you getting rave reviews for helping many golfers with their putting and adjustments and some of my personal friends have benefitted as well.
Anyway I have since switched to a zen...

| Not worth adjusting??? then he is not worth your time and money at all.... if I prefer a 50 years old putter and worth only $5, who is he to say that!!!
Think I am one of the lucky one that do not make purchases every time I'm there...... but I brought a scapegoat... haha
Although the den has all these tour standard equipment... if the staff are not capable enough... they are as good as scape metal...
Let me put in another way.... A good sword needs a worthy owner and fortunately we have it in BFG

| Is it worth adjusting I think it's up to owner of the club not the fitter. Maybe it's of great sentimental value to the owner? Tell that to tw when he was using the very old titleist 3 fw in his early days. The head often came lose a few times in a year because he was hitting it so hard. Why don't s tell that to mr woods, not worth fitting?
Den is a great place to practice putting when you are doubtful with your putting stroke.
