| Hi ahdan, Firstly, welcome here again. I recognise your nick now. If you want to go into the nuts and bolts of reading greens, try readin Dave Pelz' Putting Bible book. Be sure not to fall asleep too fast though. | |

| Play TW 2010 on Xbox! OK but seriously, I learnt from caddies when I was younger. Some of the M'sian clubs with experienced ones are good. They tell me '2 balls right' I aim 2 balls right lor. Slowly over time, you will see how the ball reacts on the sideslope, downslope, upslope etc. How much curvature and how severe the turn is can only practice over time. You can also try rolling balls with ur hand towards a sloped target on a practice green. Watch and learn how it turns and u will get an idea on how to read greens. | |

| Dun worry man. There are many beginners here but very friendly people willing to share so its best to meet up at the range 1st. Plus, if you ask nicely, you get to try alot of equipment! | |
