Totally out of place in a golf forum....

i know but i am sure my makan kakis and fellow food lover will not mind taking a break from equipments sales, swing thoughts, pondering about driving distance and how to keep up with the Jones with WITB.....

Meat from Hubers'. English Lamb Rack.



Pan seared 2 minute each side then sit in a low then high heat oven for a total 25 minutes.



Nicely caramelised with a thin crust of bread crumb and Dijon mustard seasoned with salt and pepper and a dash of garlic.



The meat is pink and juicy and no sauce was required (not even a mint sauce which would have altered the desired taste). it was brush with olive oil and sprinkled generously with fresh thyme, rosemary and garlic and allow to sit in the fridge for a good 16 hours before cooking. hence it does not have the heavy lamb flavour associated with english lamb.

meat is tender, succulent and juicy....cooked to medium at 130 degree.

just a simple vegetable dish and a potato baked with duck fat.....



now aren't you glad i was not talking shop here....haha

my first and only tablet (Samsung nexus 10) and it comes with NFC.....



you will find out soon why this will be the ultimate fitting tool........picture quality and video is damn good too.

hopefully we can reveal how the NFC will help us tag our customer's equipment and capture all the key essential information soon.
