| I am not a bowler. But once a while will bowl as part of gathering/social activities. Thursday, bowled for 2 games and had a game on Friday morning. Guess what? Diaster game. End up pay and pay. The hand just refused to listen to my command. Lesson learned for me.

| Not only bowling... Some sports "clash" with golf due to different muscle groups and techniques used. Badminton is another sport that does not go well with golf. It is very "wristy". Tennis complements. That's why there are plenty of golf and tennis resorts in USA. | |

| LoL. It happens. I don't bowl before a game. Never. My pals & I bowl as a pastime and if i range the next day, wasted session. Don't even need to say game.
I bowl abt once or twice a week.. Depending.

| well it depends on how fast your muscle recovers! there's usually what frequent gymmers will call 'DOMS' (delayed onset muscle soreness). Some people can do it after just one night of rest so it really depends on your own body. Even though it might feel normal, your muscle might just be recovering. | |

| Hahha. I bowled often too.
Anyway, just before you leave the bowling alley, just work out your left hand (if you're a righty) with a bowling ball. It'll help. Tried it and next morning i still manage to play proper golf.

| Just to share my 2 cents worth. I find my golf game is adversely affected if I play immediately following 2 hours or more of driving on the road. Also, never polish your car the day before your game cos your muscles will go crazy! | |

| I reckon also can't "DIY" too...... too much Wrist Work ! :p + legs also maybe go jelly.... :O Well... depend which hand or needed use both I used to Bowl alot in the past (my nick will tell), & yes, the muscle movement mechanism and eye coordination are rather different. Left leg(hand hand bowler) muscle will sore if bowl once in a blue moon. But I see Bowling and Golf are rather similar in certain prospective, in term of the repeatability of the "learned" or "correct" fundamental to deliver(not throw) the ball, whereas Swing mechanism for Golf. Swing.... I still chopped the ground at times.... arh ! - r510tp wrote:
