Hello - Need advice

Hello all - I am new to this forum. My golf over the past 10 odd years has been up and down (more down than up actually!!). I am keen to do something in 2013 to gain sufficient control on my game. My handicap has been swinging between 15 and 22 and it is all down to the short game. I am looking at recommendations for a good golf coach to help set my game on track.
Help appreciated.

I guess to improve is playing more often, espcially with better players..
Try not to stick to playing with the same people..

Absolutely.. Then must learn to play Vegas and even Super vegas... Golf sure improve..

Where do you golf usually ?

I totally understand what you're going through...short game is costing me alot of strokes...need to get coaching or just spend 5 hours a week at the chip/putt green....

I completely agree that the coach is important. I would also mention that if you are serious about improving your short game, access to the proper training facilities are also important.

If you already a club member, then that should not be an issue.

If not, it is better that you choose a coach who has access to decent short game practice facilities (or even better, a short exec course) that you can also go and practice on even if you are not having a lesson with him.

As for which course, coach and location, it really depends on what is convenient for you I guess.
